We work with clients of all ages, physical fitness and age. Our client basis ranges from the age of 18 years old to 62 years of age, and covers clients wanting to increase general fitness and lose weight for special occasions such as weddings to athletes who want sport specific training to increase their performance in sports competition.


Train with our personal trainers on an hour by hour basis or on an unlimited basis as part of our monthly ‘No Limit Fitness Program’.

The ‘No Limit Fitness Program’ provides our clients the opportunity to have unlimited one to one personal training with one of our Personal Trainers for a one off month by month flat fee and no contract. As part of this program we we plan exactly what you need to do for the month to achieve your fitness goals and then run as many one to one sessions with you that you need and want to ensure you achieve these goals. We will also advise you on diet to support your goals. As part of the No Limits Fitness Program we also provide you with telephone and/or email support if you have any questions or queries when you are no in a session with us.

In short, all you need to do is tell us what you want to achieve and we will do the rest.

Personal Training For Weight Loss & Aerobic Fitness
