About Us

BoxSmart is a boxing based fitness and coaching company. Our goal is to Promote Health, Well Being & Social Inclusion Through Sport.

We do this in two ways. Firstly will delivery a range of Amateur Boxing Association of England (ABAE) national certificated awards to the young people, in schools (PE classes and after school clubs), youth clubs and other organisations. We work in mainstream areas, challenging social demographics and with children with disabilities.

All awards are non-contact and are delivered over six to eight 45 minute sessions, and on completion each student receives a certificate. We demonstrate the skills and techniques from these awards within the free introductory session that we offer all organisations.
These awards are designed to encourage children primarily between 5 and 16 years old to get involved in boxing, increase fitness, and promote social inclusion through sport. These awards are also recognised by ASDAN.

Our coaches are all CRB cleared and adhere to the ABAE Child Protection Policy. In addition to this we also hold first aid qualifications and public liability insurance.
