“The boxing delivered at Hackney Free has provided students with the opportunity to gain their preliminary award. Students work on technique and fitness and are engaged in the sessions. Boxing has helped to motivate and discipline students who may otherwise be disengaged from school and PE. The coaches are professional and have an excellent relationship with the students they teach. Students enjoy and feel proud of their achievements within the sessions.”
